General Club Rules & Regulations

  • NO indecent or explicit language.
  • Every member is expected to balance schoolwork and club participation in an efficient manner, consistent grades below college's expectations will result in appropriate consequences.
  • Members are expected to attend AT LEAST three (3) meetings every month.
  • Members are expected to assist/participate in fundraisers in any way they can.
  • Treasury is collected by the club's treasurer weekly, in which each member is asked to pay a cost of $200 minimum.

Tours Rules

  • Members are expected to be dressed in their club uniform during trips/tours and major events/activities. Attire: Club Jersey and Jeans/Pants.
  • Members SHOULD NOT HAVE POSSESSION of harmful substances (vapes, alcohol, marijuana, etc.), if found using, buying, or carrying such appropriate disciplinary measures wil be administered.
  • In respect for the college's rules, parents will be asked to NOT accompany their child during tours unless they are approved by the club's executive body, meaning if parents are NOT comfortable with releasing their child without them present, that said child WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
  • Everyone MUST adhere to all safety rules along with following the instructions of the executives and tour guides.
